Definitions
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refer to the products for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.
Payment
All payments are due after completion of the order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order for the products will not be placed and no items will be shipped. The buyer loses ownership of all items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, G Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Discover, Diners Club.
Shipping Policy
The shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer in the amount charged by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the buyer will be reimbursed the total cost of the item, including shipping, by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, faulty, or defective, the Seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure protection against loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies to the Buyer including replacing the damaged products.

Refund Policy
Items are eligible for a refund if the buyer notifies the seller within 30 days of the date of purchase. The buyer must contact the seller by email: sales@boaterstop.com or through the customer account page on the website, where a return can be processed.

Cancellation
An order can be cancelled until payment has been processed. Once the payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Regularities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns after the buyer has received the goods or services. If damage is caused by the items purchased by the buyer, the seller assumes no responsibility.
